As an expert of trail and off-trail riding, CKX is launching the Atlas: a first helmet dedicated to the dual-sport motorcycle, also rightly known as adventure motorcycling. Just like riding off-trails, adventure motorcycling is a style of riding that requires many technical skills, but also equipment adapted to any conditions. Keeping this in mind, the CKX designers developed the Atlas helmet.
Optimal Comfort From XS to 5XL
The Atlas is first and foremost a CKX helmet. It bears the CKX signature and expertise with its innovations, versatility, and amazing fit. Featuring three shell sizes, the helmet fit is optimized to range from XS to 3XL. It can even accommodate 4XL and 5XL sizes with a few little adjustments. The high-quality lining fabric, treated against odor and quick drying, also contributes to the great comfort of the adventurer.
Maximum Airflow and Exceptional Field of View
Like all helmets designed by CKX, the Atlas stands out with its unique features. Same as the Titan helmet, it includes a pivoting and removable muzzle. However, the entire structure of the helmet has been redesigned for motorcycle riding. This muzzle has adjustable ventilation ports that work in conjunction with other ports on top of the helmet to maximize incoming airflow. Thanks to a powerful multi-channel system, cool air flows all around the head.
The wide shield provides an exceptional field of vision. It interchanges with 210° goggles to adapt quickly to the conditions. The shield and goggles fit together in an optimum overlap, without clutter. When the sun is blinding, the aerodynamic multi-position peak extends and pivots to create an efficient protection from the elements.
Quick Setup Without Tools
When going from road to forest trails, versatility and efficiency are the main requirements. The Atlas helmet is designed to quickly adapt to weather conditions and the journey. No tool is required, and configuration changes are done in a few seconds. Some are even possible while riding!
For a fall outing on the road at full speed, just remove the peak and minimize the fresh air inlet by adjusting the ventilation ports. To benefit from an Enduro type ride in full summer, interchanging the shield with the 210° goggles is easy. All you need is to ride with shield up and opened* muzzle to maximize air inlet.
